The sight of sweet blackberries
The alluring scent that carries
My thoughts of you, my wishes, my faith
The content, brimming; my life you have saved...
The cool, comforting grass
Reminding me of my half empty glass
Or is it half full
Are you tangible
Where are those thoughts of you...
The snow, blowing in again
Where are you, my dear, my friend
I need you now, like the air that I breathe in...
The beautiful sight of the sun's glare
On the water, in this summer air
These are my thoughts; my thoughts of you
Remembering when we were all alone, in this place
My thoughts of you will never fade
Because out of me, you have made
Someone so much stronger than I used to be...
