The steet was alive.
the sharp sound of chatter
and undefined matter
the lights, electric blue
the sunset an acid orange
and soft rose petal pink
the subtle vibrations of the music
booming from club Friday
A smouldering scent of burning candles
a taste of the orient, from chungs
little boy wonders
and fashion blunders
stilettos and frills
fashion kills
The sound of her heartbreak
the sound of his joy
Silky ,sleek shadows by Doorday corner
the streetlights flickered
amber ,red,scarlet,gold
red,amber,gold.
Black night tales
mysterious males
the glistening moon, a white button stapled
to the blue-black night sky
oh how the street was alive.
The street was alive.

Excellent imagery and I like the style of the writing here...made a great flow. You literally take the reader downtown to the nightlife.
Thank you for an enjoyable read.
