Feel your breath against my pain
Let your arms shield me from the rain
As I breathe in...
I'm confident
I know you can't comprehend
But I need you to try and mend
It may be a crime...
Not just a good time
Maybe someday you will understand
Perhaps one day you'll hold my hand
And tell me you care...
Yes, hope I dare
I dream of you and me forever
I'll admit there might be others better
But I want you
Do you want me too...?
Today, I'll willingly give you my heart
Will you cherish it or tear it apart?
Only time will tell...
Best not to dwell
On me and you; you and me
This chance, this possibility
Is it what it seems?
Is it all just what I dream?

| As a lot of words in my poetry come from what I call poetry in dreams, they are words that come to you when you feel pain, love you want but cannot reach. Realy liked this work and hope your dream comes true |
