A bullet came towards your face
You ducked to find your space
I was just there to be in the race
You missed your place
Because you didn’t have the pace
I tried my best
You gave me no rest
You were the reason I left my nest
To be your guest
But I left and went west
We are not the same
No matter what you claim
I just want to find fame
And escape the blame
This is the reason I came.
I never wanted to be bought
But you wanted my support
Or so I thought
You just wanted to be caught
So you could make me distraught
