mom

Topic: AngryPoetry

so many things run through my mind as I sit here now
Mom- you say you love me but I don't seem to see how
how can you say you love me when all you do is b****
day after day I am forced to put up with all of it
so much anger and so much pain
inside me is where all this must remain
day after day you say I'll never, never amount to anything
but truly tell me do you think I am the one who's to blame
the saying goes like mother like daughter or so it is supposed to be
but it's all so different
so different for you and me
I will never be like you
you seem to be just a grown fool
why don't you just let me live my life and make my own mistakes
because what I do is my choice to make
why do you treat me the way you do
is it because your Mom did the same to you
did your Mom always yell
and raise ****
fight about nothing
that ever meant anything
why are you like this
not many people would put up with this
its only so much one can take
your the one who is making mistake after mistake
keep treating me like this and you will see
that soon you will be missing me
I guess I'll never know
but for now it is time for me to go.

I know it is next to impossible to realise sometimes but mothers moan becuase they care. There is this great little saying that I read somewhere that says "When I was young I was amazed at how stupid my parent were, now I have grown up I am amazed at how much they have learnt."

One day you will see......

AAHHH Yes I remember this,Now My mom is gone I would do anything to hear her yell at me! Take note that she is only loving you, careing for you in her way,She just wants you to grow up right all mothers do!
Now that I'm a mom myself I said I would never do what she did,,,, I find myself doing just what she did because it brought me up right! Think! Christina
