The on and off of many switches
activate by finger twitches,
Machines that sew, when treadle put
perform quite well with either foot.
Pick any wine and when it's chosen
tells its worth, by placing nose in.
To drive a car, you must see well
so use your eyes or straight to hell.
A door bell rings by magnet flux
like arms that swing at hockey pucks.
To bump and grind when in a clinch,
you use your keester in a pinch.
To dye your hair with red or green
and add the sheen is quite obscene.
a tummy tuck has but one reason
It's really just for people pleasin'.
G_D may chuckle, verily
that bodies' work summarily,
There may have been a master plan
which wound up being other than.

I'll be bold too! This is a very strange piece of work but it is really good. Something about it works. I look forward to reading more.

I really like the rhthm of this - you make a change from the norm by being able to write in a coherent and touching way without your subject being morbid or depressing like so much poetry we see...i take my hat off to you! |

No 4 of 10.
You would not believe what I've had to do since this morning......!!!!!!!
Herein you've written brilliant verses
not least the last the mind immerses.
The comments too quite frequently
exude a similarity
twixt those to thee
and those to me
We are thought different from the rest
with sense of humour perhaps blessed
When I read yours I do incline
to think some couplet rather fine
To what extent you may devine
my jealousy doth oft opine
when comparing yours with mine
I damn well wish I'd wrote that line!!!!!!
