Oh photograph
I eat you with my eyes
You exceed all I need
To conceive within my mind
Memories dispensed
In emotional overdrive
Its a rollercoaster ride
My weary tears subside
Oh photograph
You tell it oh so well
Like it were yesterday
The best array of colours play
Within your paper-carded shell
As I endure a hollow solitude
Eyes dilated as I dwell
You tell me of a time
So sublimely
And my eyes begin to swell
Oh photograph
I'm entrapped in your dimension
Locked into your lifeless comprehension
Regretful sentiment I dare'st not mention
For your moment's intervention
Disposed of my ill intention
Tore away time's tension
And left me frozen in suspension
