I killed myself once but it didn't take.
Seems there's an art to this dying,
slash up down sideways,
how many pills to ingest,
the combination required,
elapsed time needed before
your body could be found,
so that EMS can't revive you.

I killed myself once,
but it didn't take.
Woke up to flashing lights
tubes in mouth
stomach being pumped.
EMS moving around that gurney
telling me how lucky I was
to still be alive.

I killed myself,
but it didn't take.
Clinically dead for six minutes.
Apparently is not
the running start needed
to stay dead forever.

If I am correct you might have witnessed so many varieties of suicide cases in a hospital.
What ever it may be they were narrated in a good sequence..well written..But it is a sad experience..
