The first time I laid eyes on you,
My heart skipped a beat or two.
There was no doubt inside of me,
You were someone’s dream come true.
And then you spoke many words to me.
You cared what I had to say.
I looked into your piercing eyes,
And knew that day was a fateful day.
But that day before we parted,
There was a thing that I already knew.
It was there is goodness in this world,
As you became my dream come true!
