I can light a candle,
& hold it all night,
But it doesn't feel as right when all i wanna handle,
Is you through the cold I'm trying to fight,
I've got all the answers but what does it prove,
When you've already heard every word that's been said,
I can fall in love but you're the only one that can ever make my heart move,
& beat as steady as a lost whisper in my head,
I'VE TRIED TO CRY BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND ANY TEARS,
& THERE'S NOT A TEST THAT CAN EVER MAKE MY LOVE FADE,
I WOULD'VE LIED IF I EVER SAID THAT YOU'RE NEVER IN MY DREAMS SO DEAR,
NO MATTER WHERE YOU EVER GO I'M GONNA BE WITH YOU.....EVERY STEP OF THE WAY,

From dusk till dawn & what ever needs to be done,
I wanna be the high of your life,
& trust is something that's never a pawn & can only last as long,
As a single twice that pushes a tingle through the body of love so nice,
I only wanna give you my all,
& reach for you like a star up far above,
Besides being lonely I just can't live through another fall,
Because you're as precious as a peach & a cherry love in my heart every time we touch,
AN INCH CAN TURN INTO A MILE,
AS HURT COULD BECOME A HATE THAT MAKES US FORGET ABOUT ANY LOVE WE EVER MADE,
EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT OF YOU BURNS IN ME A LONG,LONG WHILE,
SO JUST LOOK BEHIND YOU & YOU'LL ALWAYS SEE THAT I'M ALWAYS WITH YOU.....EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!
