In a world of law and exception
She can only feel neglection
There is not one category
None which fits her story
She is fixed in time
There's no forward or rewind
The situation never altered
He knows he has her captured
All her emotions written
In a box deeply hidden
Lost for no one to find
The miserable soul so kind
She ceases to exist
His precense she cannot resist
Every emotion is confined
By the actions induced within his mind
There's nothing for her to feel
Except for the endless ordeal
Proving her love everlastingly
Though he notices hardly
Her feelings deeply hidden
Leaves her feeling unwoken
In his world she is concealed
Will she ever be revealed?
Standing colorless in the background
He leaves her on the sideline
Waiting to be found
While he holds another enshrined
Nothing to lose, everything to gain
He proceeds while she's in vain
As she remains still
As she ceases to exist
Her soul is no longer there
In silence his love declares
A love which like her, no longer moves
No longer grows or regresses
As she wishes were he mine
His love has ceased in time

this is a very clever and deep write. i'm not sure whether you meant to make a point about men in general, but this comes across to me. there is a lot of truth in this write.
