No One is There

Spinning
and twisting,
crying,
all alone, on the floor,
no one there
to comfort me.

Losing my mind,
shaking with no control,
rocking forward,
then backward.

No means of comfort
No one to hold me
No reassurance,
nothing.

Dead silence
but my mind is jumbled,
everything is crazy,
something's wrong.

I'm lost
I'm lost
I'm lost.

I want to scream!
The tears keep coming,
no one can wipe them away...
because no one is there!

I'm all alone,
spinning
and twisting,
crying.
