She holds the key to a lock of stone
to set her free from the world of falling rain and loneliness ,
into the dreams of long ago.
Her heart was never meant to feel the chains of this reality.
She found a path that no one knows ;
it's hidden in a web of shadowed trees at the river bend.
This is a place where dreamers go.
She smells the leaves of vibrant green weighed down in the summer rain.
She knows her heart is a lock of stone.
She knows the love she feels is somewhere deep inside a mystery.
She turns the key and let's it go.
She feels the breath of dreams waking from sleep's enchanted catacombs.
This place is hers and hers alone.
She does'nt know if the world will miss her though she does'nt really care.
She's waits for one to call her own.
For some other with a key she'll be the dream behind the lock of stone.
