To Love We Belong . . . Ben

Contributed by myheartsvoice on Wednesday, 21st January 2009 @ 07:40:59 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

To

love we belong

'twas an angel's decree

that this moment

should come

to

pass,

a part of you

i was destined to be

like green was destined

for

grass.

To

love we belong

forever together

like shadows belong

to the night,

obviously

we were meant to be

like a kiss was meant

for

moonlight.

Who

better than you

to claim my soul

i surender

most willingly,

what better than love

to impart control

of this heart i offer

thee.

To

love we belong

in every way

'tis there

you and i began,

possesing the key

to the heart of me

'twas it not

part of destiny's

plan.

To

love we belong

so familar it seem's

yet beautiful

still is the view,

within every season

i still find a reason

for falling in love with

you.

Ben

Ben,
the first comment I lost cause I lost my signal so I shall do it once more.

You captured such loving emotion in this and I so appreciate the beauty and soft gentleness in this write. It made me smile and that is indeed a difficult thing to do of late.
A sonnet of love and everything beautiful,

Huggles from your puggles
Michelle
