i enter now the dark realms of adulthood.
and come face to face with the dire morbidity of life.
I begin to realize that the innocence of my youth has gone.
Now i enter into a world of death and hatred.
I struggle to survive in this world of lies and corruption.
Through the twisted eye of my mind I see the foolishness of the world.
I see the stupidity of my kind, the rejection of benevolence.
I see the true meaning of human nature, to kill.
I see the true form of the human spirit, pain.
I see the soul of man, and it is black.
Everything in this new world is set against you, made to destroy you.
Those in power have become too arrogant to see the terrible consequences of thier actions.
Those without power have become too weak to survive.
So then what am I? Am i the weak or the powerful?
I would like to say i am the powerful, that my life will lead me to greatness, but this is not the truth.
I am the weak. I am just another cattle, just another hunk of meat for those with power to kill and satisfy thier fat, monsterous bellies.
My life is as worthless to them as the very ideals the stand for; freedom, justice, peace and liberty are all lies of the cruelest kind.
They are nothing more than words used to keep us complacent, under control.
I cannot change the nature of man, it is something to evil, too brutal and dark to comprehend.
All i can do is hope that the ideals man are so fond of; peace, kindness, love, and liberty become more than just words.
More than just aspirations.
More than just lies.
