ARTEMIS.
A crystal lake in the green moss wood
Where naked souls are universally awakening &
In dreams erotic, swim.
Where the warm mists of summer dawn
Disguise all form
Like the gentle rites in the pipes of the fawn.
In Purple robes of midnight
Under stars of maeniad lite;
Your thighs free & bare
There you appear,
Ribbons of vermilion
Give seduction to your hair.
Followed through the woods
Brown dapple green & dark,
There in danger; worship yours & you
In the swallowed silence of unnumbered
Bestial sparks.
Galaxies burn &
Collapse in my loins
As you writhe around the shore.
The Caduseus is my cross
As my lust is wrapped in awe.
In the long grass I lie
With insaite canine silence I prey.
My witness desecrates your sacred ceremony
& will in sadness always haunt my memory.
Chaste sister of the hunting moon,
The woods, the trees, the groves & rocky shores
All echo your fertile tunes.
May peace rest with me as the child rests with thee,
May shame retract my claws.
Pray secrecy be always yours,
Artemis of the fatal arrow
Struck am I in a fatal sorrow.

A delicate and beautiful write, the images and flow in this are so incredible. Moving write in so many ways and on so many levels.
