It's a new dawn, a new day
Go ahead and wipe those tears away
For the pain that happened yesterday has now been erased
No need to be bereaved and downcast
For the memories you hold will always last
Eternally
"Hurt is just apart of life, from that there's no protection."
But I'm hoping from this lesson you can find the hidden blessings
I know it's hard, but be encouraged,
Healing's right around the bend
Just hold on and be strong,
Know that He is still your friend
You'll find a way to brave the day
And overcome all the dismay
So shift your eyes up high
Cheer up and stop the cries
For the ones you love the most are waiting right there
In the sky.
