Makes no sense...and it's also stupid! Re-write it for heaven's sake, Ari baby!

I am the world's greatest living pop poet. Try to write more like this:

I jumped up high and landed
In the middle of a star,
And said, "This must be Heaven...
Look how beautiful you are!"

I jumped again and landed
In the velvet black of space.
And there I met a spirit
Who was in "the state of grace."

"No easy task," the spirit said,
"A union...one, with God."
And me a sinner born and bred-
It struck me rather odd.
