My problem is I don’t know right from wrong
I guess that’s why im breakin out in song
Apparantly I don’t do enough right
The fear of what im going to do outta there sight
I don’t drink beer
But yet I find a way for my parents to shred a tear
They always think the worst
When I hear it, it makes me wanna burst
I feel like im the first one to do this stuff
But im not
It seems like everytime I do it I get caught
For better or worse its never fun
Mom and dad always faught
And I always get caught In the middle of things
And it brings vicumizing
Choose a side
No Ive had enough of this
In reality you should just hide
Because its not what you should do it makes things worse
All I wanted to do is make you proud
Now look what were going threw now
I find my self in the bathroom reminenisn
Bout the things I do wrong but I got to think of the joys of life
Im just making sure everyone keeps their wife
Cant worry to much about the uncontolable
I gotta call an audible and change
And rearrange the way I handle things
Or at least that’s what im told
This crap is getting pretty old
I feel like my life is just unfolded
At all the wrong times
i just want to do things right for a change

My daughter could have written this poem. I know people will tell you everyone goes through these feelings, and its true, but doesn't mean you want to hear it. It sounds as if you are a teen, and as a teen it is a time to experiment, try things, good and bad, and start breaking away. It gets better, honest. The trick is not to do something you can't recover from. You can really say anything to parents, hurtful, mean, ugly things, and eventually they will forgive and forget. Its the other stuff, the stuff that means doors will be slammed in your face forever because of something stupid you did when you are young. I see it all the time. I work for the police and I see young adults, and teens begging not to report what they have just done, because it ruins their chances for the carreers or life they want. On an artistic note, a couple of your lines really grabbed me, made me think. "I feel like I am the first one to do this stuff" really stood out. And the last line was so poignant, I read it several times. I enjoyed the read.
