Tired, so I stop asking
No perfect answers
For every unanswered questions
Exhausted, so I stop looking
Knowing I am getting no where
Reaching only at emptiness
Heartbroken, so I stop hoping
The tears that have flowed
The warmth that was felt
The hurt that was so real
Feeling coldness surrounds me
I hugged myself even tighter
Holding back the tears
That is breaking my heart
Holding on to just dreams I once had
About me and you
