...I have been
spoiled/lucky
for far too long,

plump and fat,
gorged to the full
on winding-down luck,
and never once…

…never once thought
that it would end

Well all luck good and bad runs it's course and runs out eventually really I think you make your own luck so if that's the case then your spoiling yourself
