Our love is like a precious rose,
Upon which time it’s war has waged,
Though stem may wilt,
And petal fall,
‘Tis beauty without age,
As fragrance upon a gentle wind,
Our memories we recall,
A timeless, ageless, beauty rare,
The most precious rose of all.
