LUCY
I waited for Lucy at the doorsteps
But she never came home
Mum said she would be back the next day
It sure felt she was somewhere far away
Somewhere like Rome.
It’s been two years now
Her bed still neatly laid
although its been long
her memories will never fade
I sound bothered
But she was only a maid
I waited for lucy at the doorsteps
But she never came home
Maybe it was the cruel world
That wasn’t as soft as a foam
didnt i appreciate you enough?
or did u think life was too rough
