i imagine you in my arms
i imagine looking deeply in your eyes
i imagine our lips touching
i imagine us in perfect bliss
yet ....
i am pushed into a chasm
you turn your gaze away
you purse your lips from mine
i am agonizing in hell....
hurting you devastates me ....
pushing you away mutilates me ...
i know not what i did .....
i know not what to do .....
i only know to scream in my own prison
i only know to writhe in anguish
with you i am magnanimous
without you .... i am lost

Oh how many times this mistake has been made.
I love the poems that are written straight from within,
without hesitation.
Like this one.
I love how it flows and how you painted it...
so to say.

oh dear, the weakness of man. how they hurt us so. i've felt the same, many times before. the hurt never goes away. it creeps up on you just when you think you're over it and then bam! your heart is on the floor.
(sigh)
