remembering the past of two

Contributed by spooky on Thursday, 11th December 2008 @ 08:53:15 PM in AEST
Topic: LoveRemembered

i sometimes wish that i could go back in time,
to capture the moments that we shared,
to see dancing fire flies,
to feel the sun caressing our faces,
to hold each other as before,
but we can't,
i remember, had never forgot,
warm fires,
the look in your eye's,
the smile you gave me,
precious to me,
as the fire flies danced in the night,
so far we traveled, forgot each other the wind,
no,
just couldn't find each other,
but now we had, just whispers away as we speak to each other softly,
as i remember the fire flies dancing in the night,
i will alway remember you,
sweet dreams, and my the fire flies dance in your dreams as you sleep, remembering the past of two,

i will always be there for you,,,

This is so wonderful! This is probably the best love poem that I have ever read in a long time. It's such a wonderful image that you paint... its just...

It's just such a good write, even if it wasn't a poem, the basic idea and images are so pleasant unto themselves. You did a great job... this really made me think deeply. It really shows how, such a strong bond you once had with her, even through death, you are and will always remain loyal to her. I know that sounded kinda cheezy, but good job.

I'm sure those words made her heart miss a beat too, remembering the times you have shared
May you share many more to come

Steve
