" Indeed I catch your drift. I hear ya man. I totally agree. That's what I think.
I know what you mean. Yeah....Sure....I guess so....I don't know Miss. That sounds very dirty. Am I that capable shotgun? There! On your mantle next to the ashes and those unwrapped Communist photographs. You know what? I will crack your eyes open wide."
And she, so sad, I invite.
" I know. I know. Please do not be afraid. It will be great.............
She has definitely been here before and she smells like a campfire. I totally know what you mean."
And knowing the outcome, I shave my skin alone.
Naked, innocent in stark repose.
" Open the one on the left " she whispered.
And knowing the outcome, A sense of smell in Technicolor.
She suggested I cease my heavy breathing. And I spiked her straight.
A silver crucifix and she bled solid: Inconsistent but chronic nonetheless.
I know what you think. I think you may be passing on.
That incessant rhythmic wailing.
The banshee splitting the cold October morning.
My wife eyed me with confident disdain
And handed me a cup of instant coffee.
She forgot about smiling for now.
I watch her dress and bless the trinity across her chest
With cheap perfume.
Beauty is so painful these days.
