My Man

Contributed by seci on Sunday, 7th December 2008 @ 09:09:42 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

i buried myself in his arms and surrounded my love
around his heart
their isn't no other who can shatter what we have
apart
my words become speechless
my pain runs away
my cries becomes laughter and
my nights become brighter then anyday
my body placed against yours making the roars
of thunder as we make love
sweet breathing down my back as comes to push
to shove
angels cry out, tears roll back, and the resistance
of kissing every mark, bruised on my body like that
i slowly wrapped myself in your masquerade to indure
what we have as the morning sun begins to rise
i gaze with a lock in your eyes
nothing less but honoring a surprise
i can wake up every morning with you
an prexistence of my shield of love to give you
which is wrapped in a gift sealed with only to
unlock with an key
i give you an invitation to my heart
let me invite you in, show you i can love and
put every piece of you together that i broke
of you apart.
singing a powerful song to embrace what i have of you
twee le dee twee le da
is there something else i can do to show i appreciate
what you do?
waving the moon across your heart to pierce the sin
of emotion that you embraced
i can do whatever but let me take you in a journey
where your mind will intend to erase.
i'm a lady of true witness to stand
i love you long time because you r my
man.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
