My Life

Contributed by snoopington on Tuesday, 2nd December 2008 @ 08:06:04 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

I sit in this room everyday and think,
wat life will bring will i sail or sink
or will be able to stay afloat,
upon this heavy lifeboat
weighed down with problems from the past,
I have to remeber that these wont last
move forward and never look back,
keep focused and stay on track.
messed uo alot before but still no regrets,
all thats happened is hard to forget,
but made me who i am today,
for this im thankfull and this i pray,
to keep me straight and never astray,
so challenge me to a challenge
this challenging challenge of life,
ill survive this challenge take all the pain and strife
even tho its all been hard its all been my life
so when its time to say goodbye,
i know i can rest,my head held high
cause i survived this challenge,
didnt i?
didnt i?.

A very powerful write you created here. I also loved your can do attitude. Life will always give us a whooping...... it is what we do once it does. Sit or stand right?? You are a stander I see and that I love.

Hugs
Michelle
