Writing It Away

Contributed by Haivian on Tuesday, 25th November 2008 @ 04:51:49 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Life is astonishing and fate is arcane
Im gonna leave a mark, like a score in the arcade
Jot down my ambition, Im out the graph
I have a clear vision, of what to grab
No restriction of what I cant get
A mind where wisdom aint got a percent
I feel like a mime I talk with expression
I feel like a mind about to blow with affection
Give a reverend my confession
trying to make it to perfection
Now a days I cant make a connection
I dont need a pope, to bring me luck and hope

Writing it away with my pen on my hand
Using it,losing it, to my mind
Taste, of waste, of the pace, of time

I once heard life is rough
my capability is never enough
The guilt of who I was
but not who im now
there's barely a difference and I can show you how
Im the Apparatus, for this
Rapping and Rhyming
Rapid and chiming
And if get in my way I'll slash you like a diamond
I don't need to hear it from Simon
American Idol aint ma thing
I'll let the bell ring, Like a dismissal
I'll devour you in hand with this missal
