Ignorance is Bliss Part 1

It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all.
The one who that line did write, knows not of what he speaks.

For though love doth be, a beautiful thing, life is vile and cruel.
Life cares not for the beauty of love, it only follows its evil path.
I detest life and its evil ways, though love I adore.
I cannot be with that which I love, for life hath made it so.

Though life may be what you make of it,
But one cannot make beauty of scraps.

Ignorance is bliss, say I fair friend,
An ignorant heart wont know,
The pain of its broken fellows,
And through what they have had to go.

To have never known, loved and lost dear friend,
Is better than to have loved, lost and hurt.

The pain caused by a long-lost love,
Still lingers in the chambers of heart.

Although, I say to you dear friend, never will an ignorant heart,
Know the joy of love that is shared, by a loving counterpart.

So I say to you dear friend, blissful is the ignorant heart,
But never shall it know true bliss, without a loving counterpart.

Though I detest life and its evil ways,
Happy are all of love’s days.

Therefore do not hate life, or love at all,
But stay strong and rise after each fall.
