Tomorrow, we will sing.
Tonight, however, we stand quietly and tremble, as if we are old leaves coming into our second autumn, unafraid of the delicate fall, intent on tasting the waters of lilac and dew, anticipating the first hands of earth as it lovingly embraces us.
Tomorrow we will dance, but tonight we are the future and our smiles parade away forever, and in our folly, we have called it love, and we are condemned by it, and ever more silent than before.

Captivating poetic prose (blurb) you got here. Standing quietly and trembling as old leaves coming into our second autumn...damn that is a fine line. One I wish I had written. I would love to have seen you diddle into this concept a bit more. But still this is exceptional!
BRAVO!

Abraham...gosh.... You say these are "blurbs" but they are just SO amazing. It just gave me goosebumps. Great, great job. I have a piece where I speak of entering "late spring's years" and your line about "coming into our second autumn...well..it speaks to me. Thank you.
Be well,
Loende

Again, you've conjured up atmosphere and poignancy that many strive unsuccessfully for... and you call it a "blurb"! :)
I like the old leaf imagery a lot, but my favorite element has to be that line our smiles parade away forever. Nothing short of awesome, well done indeed.
