Sorrow

Contributed by outlawpoet on Monday, 17th November 2008 @ 06:22:13 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Im walin in sorrow
Down a lonely road
Im just tryin to find a place
To shake off my load

My friends all forsake me
The ladies all let me down
So im jumpin on that number 9
And headin to another town

Now im riddin in sorrow
Down a lonely track
And I just now realized
There aint no turnin back

Good flow to the words here.
I am sorry I lost ya the other night...

Poem is nice my friend but so darn sad.
Yes the end said a lot. There is no turning back and sometimes that is both bitter and sweet at one emotion. We cannot go back, and at times if we could would it be worth it?? We must move forward from our heartache there is better yet to come.

Hugs
Michelle
