Footprints In The Snow

Topic: FriendshipPoetry

Footprints in the snow...
To my tomb stone go...
Only one pair of prints...
To who they belong,
I do not know...
I hear you ask...
Why my life has past...
I cant answer you this question...
But the reason is...
I act too fast...
A cancer for the best of them...
I am not here,
as a result of ignorance or greed.
They are committed by the stupid...
I am here for the blatant need...
Where is love?
Where is cupid?

Footprints in the snow....
melt into the ground,
the reason for my lifes end...
Surely never to be found...
And as the only visitor
to my nameless grave has gone...
My tombstones epitaph, it has none...
But for he who came to see...
I am a lesson for everyone,
and that is who i be...

Footprints in the snow,
now only there in spirit,
There were many failures i have had...
My success were nowhere nearit...
But let the words not engraved in my grave be heard through this poem,
Hear lies someone who knows how you feel, although you do not know him...
These, my last words, from me to you, before im at life's end...
Enjoy your lives, as life is short...
And to you.... My love.... I send...

Talk about tugging a ones heart strings,

this is beautiful, sad, but truly noble in it's

sincerity . . .
