Perfect vains, ready to be sliced open. Can't decide, however, what tool to use. A knife, razor blade, maybe anything sharp will do.
Perfect vains, saying 'hurry up and bleed me out." Can't decide, however, what's stopping me. The fear, the pain, or maybe nothing at all.
Perfect vains, will have to wait until another day. Can't decide, however, when that day will be. Could be tomorrow, next week, or maybe never.

Well the fact that you are cutting and slicing the vanity within yourself is an amazingly poetic metaphor. I love the way you replaced the word vein with vain. This is damn poetic.
Slice open that vanity. Slice, slice, slice. Cut, cut, cut. Oh the darkness!
