The lies came out!
Like a snake uncoiling itself from within my soul
Taste the hate.
I walked the corridors deep
I entered a room
I was alone
The voice shouted, Beware!
I heeded the scriptures of old
Time holds meaning
Thunderclouds, raining shrouds
She looked so old
It was not she
The blood, the pain
Flowed down the drain
It covers not me
Grey is the color
Fast and sure
Forgive me not!

Hey this was a passing thought of my dear mothers death, i wrote it about how i seen her face, no blood flowing, no life there, are you happy now?
I need no foregiveness, I just need a sweet woman who for all the right reasons will come and enchamber my shattered soul! |
