happiness emerges
surging through each state
all that was, is buried
all there was, was hate
the times so much different
when just a week has past
freedom in a instant
we got just what we asked
A new day
a place where all are equal
where everyone's included cause its we who are the people
the powers in our hand now its time we stand together
for we've reached the promised land and must make it last forever
