Truth

Topic: Lifepoems

So you think I am an ass that does not know
But who are you to think I did not see right through you
The lies or the truth
Who are you to judge me so
I tried to hold out my hand to you
To see past the lies
But you can not hide the truth
I was there with you
Saw what you could do
I did not wish it to end that way
Cause I have walked in your shoes
Tasted the bitter taste of loss
Having to take other people’s s4!t
I did not want to hurt you
But show you the truth

You hide behind the mask of a whore
You don’t even know the score
You have hid behind that mask now for to long
You are afraid of the truth
You drown your pain away
You do things you truly do not want to
You feel to far gone

But your life is not at its end
You might still find a true friend
Don’t be afraid of the past
Remember it never last
You must make a stand
Change into who you want to be.
Stop playing these games
Cause now they are playing you
My heart aches for what I see
For I see through you to what people don’t see
