I am making love to you,
When I look into your eyes.
When I kiss you on the lips,
And even when I cry.
It’s me making love to you,
When I call you on the phone.
When I happen to be with you,
Or even when I’m home.
It’s me making love to you,
When I sing to you a song.
You put music in my heart,
That stays there all day long.
I am making love to you,
When I put words on a page.
When I close my eyes to think of you,
Imagining you’re with me today.
I am making love to you,
When I reach to take your hand,
When you lean toward me and whisper,
You’re glad I am your man.
I am making love to you,
And I’m proud you love me too.
And I’ll keep making love to you,
In all I say and do!
