Look at this the pain surrounds and the pain it drows. I write the best when my heart is breaking and I'm letting these feelings flow. I've betryed myself one to many times. Now I'll never know who I truly am. I've been lying to everyone else, not purposly you see but just cuz I'm only showing small bits and pieces of me. Never really knowing never really comprehending, why is it all so compelling? I find situations with no recomdations to find something better. No way to move oreward, but forever stuck in this little pit inside my soul...a pit of tragic lies and cunning decietfulness.

I know exactly how you feel when you write about doing your best work when you feel desperate. I used to suffer with depression and some of my best work was done in the small hours when all I could do apart from cry, is write.
I have recovered now and though I would never wish to feel the way I did then, I find it very hard to write anymore but I still try.
You never have to feel alone. Please feel free to PM me if you need to get something off your chest.
I would leave the poem EXACTLY as it is. Often when you alter what you have first written, you lose the meaning and I think this expressed your sorrow wonderfully.
Be strong but don't be afraid to ask for help.
