All That I Am . . . Ben

Contributed by myheartsvoice on Sunday, 2nd November 2008 @ 06:49:08 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

What

else could matter

but you and i?

cherrishing us

each day,

to live and love

and then to die

such is the perfect

way.

Loving you

was more than right

'twas always meant to be,

who ever made the word

commitment

thought of you and

me.

I'd love you soft

i'd love you long

i'd love you

were it even wrong,

from head to toe

and in between

those secret places never

seen.

Here we are

at last my love

so good the years

have been,

even better now because

i love you more than

then.

Sometimes you seem

almost a dream

impossible to keep,

and if you were

i promise you forever

i would

sleep.

Love

is all consuming

posessing heart and soul,

exzisting to devoure that

which one cannot

control.

All

that i am

belongs to you

it happened long ago,

willingly you gave to me

the right to love you

so.

And

that right

i'll shall procure

'tis thee

that i adore,

all that i am is more

than yours

'tis yours, forever

more.

Ben

Beautiful, Ben...
This is touching.
The world would be
so much brighter if more people wore their love like this...
Thank you for sharing...
Love Smiles Blessings to you and yours Always

i relive great times from my married life when i read your words, my only regret is he was not able to grow old with me, i think i live vicariously in your lines, thankies; for sharing and outpouring love onto the page for me, for the words then go straight to heaven, as truelove is always shared,

hugs n' love nessa
