her hair was brown and her eyes were green
she was the prettiest girl i'd ever seen
her smile was so bright it gave light to the dark
her heart so warm it gave my world a spark
her words were music to my tender ears
her hands the tissue that wiped away my tears
her leavin ways have only left pain
and now it seems im going insane
she has been long gone for three long years
and i need someone to wipe away my tears
i need a woman with love in her heart
i really need a brand new start
so now my heart is wide open
ears hearing words yet spoken
looking for the one possessing happiness and joy
for the one who can bring love to this ol boy
