I want you to love me,
I want you to be there,
Not to yell and to hurt me,
But to tell me you care.
All I'm asking for is love,
Your hand in mine when I'm sad,
Wrap your arms around me,
Please don't ever be mad.
Your words comfort me,
When I think I'm alone,
They stop me from hurting,
They show me my home.
So open your eyes,
And say that you're mine,
I'm yours if you want me,
Just give me a sign.
I'll quit when you want me,
I'll give life a new start,
Just trust me with your feelings,
And give me your heart.
