lustfull lullabies

Contributed by weepingXxwillows on Sunday, 26th October 2008 @ 04:15:32 AM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

A lust filled lullaby crooned into a child’s ear,
A reassurance that was known to never fail.
“Its time to be a big girl and stop crying“,
Was the infamous quote, of what I realize now as perverse.
And to think, after all those years,
A question still lingers.
Did you really think it was fun,
To seize innocents that was meant to be preserved?
You can’t tell me its okay to thrust a little girl into the world of desire,
Intertwine what is nothing but a dream, with reality.
It took me so long to realize how weak you really wore,
Watching you seek deliverance when overpowered.
I now think what still seems forbidden,
You’re everything you used against me.
Pathetic, worthless, weak,
You exposed you’re vulnerability to your ignorance,
The day an undercover cop asked a question about me.
I saw you that day through opened eyes,
I savored every moment, it’s the only memory I choose recognize as my own.
My courage built up for the first time that day,
When the cop asked if I had any last words for him.
“Its time to be a big boy daddy,
Its your turn not to cry.”

You captured my heart with this, I have tears in my eyes. Going through something right now that deals in this type of thing. It is a terrible thing.
You took something so horrific and wrote with such class and honesty.

Blessing and peace

Michelle
