There's a piece of my heart
That you'll always have.
It's somewhere in your kindness,
In your touch and in your laugh.
And with this piece, you carry
All the Happiness in me.
And in dreams of what the future holds,
Your face is all I see.
There's a piece of my soul
That will always be yours,
Where my fears are always conquered,
And my lonliness is cured.
And with this piece you've found
Everything that makes me whole,
And you have the best of me
In this one piece of my soul.
There's a piece of my mind
That you'll always possess,
That's thinking of you always
And knows how I am blessed.
And with this peice you capture
All my strengths and my desires.
You're the only one my mind will trust
And knows can take me higher.

| A very lovely piece. I wonder if an additional couplet at the end would be nice to bring all three pieces together. |
