Firstly, edit your poems. There is no reason to post something that even you clearly haven't read through.
Secondly, maintain a relatively formal voice unless you have reason not too. Using shorthand to write just looks sloppy and apathetic; it interrupts the flow.
Thirdly, have your poems say something. This is such a classic theme, that restating badly just doesn't work.
Overall, it needs some serious work.
