Poison

Contributed by justme03 on Monday, 20th October 2008 @ 11:33:25 AM in AEST
Topic: drugabuse

At sip number one, you had me.
I became your slave
and I can’t be torn away.
Only way I will leave you baby,
is by walking away by myself.

You’re my sweet yet bitter poison.
You put a smile on my face
and make my world spin at a safer pace.
When you’re in my arms I have an excuse.
I did it because you made me, I had no other choice.

You are my safety net
and a perfect bet
that I’ll be at peace tonight.
One more baby and I’ll be fine,
but one turns to two
and then more
and finally I hit the floor.
I wanted to be here all night.

You’re my sweet yet bitter poison.
I’m glad I found you
and I’m never gonna leave you!

As for drinking problems I go to a bar everyday but don't drink but i've seen plenty of people who do and have a problem
my advice to you is get some good friends to help you quit or at least cut down on the drinking

I'd say you got this one right on the money.
I especially like the title cause that tells it like it is.
Hang tuff friend.
Huggs, prayer, blessings,
emy
