Restricted in my body but never in my mind
I travel back 3000 years in time
Through smoky mists trails that lead to you, sitting near a fire, blazes over roast chicken and the songs of the brave echo in the woods
My place is by your side as I rest my hand gently on yours, kissing your check
You turn hard and true and vow as you do you will love me forever, and I you.
Forward in time an explosion of stars clean lines are around Star Trek arrives.
Where logic can never be deigned and equality to all men has survived
I order a meal and pass to you, replicated roast chicken, its so kewl
I see you there straight and true you lean over to me and say I love you, vowing your love forever, as I do.
In the darkness of the night back in our bed
I whisper you of my travels that were inside my head
Not to wake I squeeze your hand and softly say I love you
You sleepily declared you would have told me 3000 years ago, you loved me and vow love for now and forever, as I do.
I hope when I go to that place eternal, one day again we will meet,
I will pass you roast chicken and a kiss on your cheek
You will vow that you still loved me; I will smile back and say forever more.
For true love has no beginning no concept of time you are my one in 6 billion forever through all of time.
