Hudson Valley fall
Leaves turn unending color
Death can be pretty

i got the privelege of being your first reader! Such an interesting perspective for this...Death and Winter are always synonomous. But I guess fall really is when it is happening. Fall is one of my favorite seasons. So many colors. I feel like Gaia is thanking us by painting all the colorscapes for us! One last show before the winter. Anyway, Take care when you get out to the desert. Get some pictures of home or something. I'll send you some cool fall pics as well. Thanks again for the Wonderful write...Unique and touching...
love and blessings

Unlike Lilymaemax, I live in a world with no "fall".. My only experience of it is thru photos and poetry... so thank you, Doc for posting these......
Be safe..always...

Nice Haiku.
That last line is especially interesting considering what you have to go back to....

being from Boston, i can relate ... such a great place to experience 'the change'. Jecks is right about the last line... it holds a certain irony, considering your upcoming trip, on which i wish you the best., and a safe and quick return.

nicely done,

wiz

I am glad I saw this before turning this computer off.
You captured this with such beauty.
I do so love your work my friend.

Be careful heading back out and keep in touch

Michelle
