Tears of the Heart

Contributed by Starchild7 on Saturday, 11th October 2008 @ 08:22:20 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

You appeared before me. A bright golden
Light in my darkest hour of the soul. Lost
In a sea of deep sorrow and depression, on
The very edge of all that I had ever known.

I felt a warm, soft touch all around me,
Engulfing every part of me, mind, body and
Soul. It was the touch of your heart entering
Mine. Filling me with the most beautiful and
Purest love I have ever known.

Freely you pour it, into my very heart and
Soul and uplift me to heights I never knew
Existed. Taking me away to oblivion I am
Free to let my spirit soar higher than ever
Before to where all I know is love.

Flowing with you on waves of love that
Wrap themselves enticingly around your
Soul and embody you completely that you
Succumb to what you have always known to
Be true. I am love, we are love, we are one.

With love and light Starchild

This was so beautiful and moving. Like a dream to me. So magical. That awesome connection. It envelops the soul and cradles it. Such a pure love. You draw it so well. It is so rare in life. So rare on earth. I am so happy to see you write about it.
Smiles,
Kara

I couldn't help but feel inspired while reading this. SUCH an emotional piece and
it could have connected just as easily on a spiritual level. This is so wondrously
poetic, Star. I have known this-- a love that lifts you up and reduces you to
tears all at once. It is a most glorious feeling and one that I'm certain is far
greater and less damaging than any number of chemical stimulants. And,
no hang over. LOL BUT, it does make you greedy for more, to be sure! Yes,
love is an addiction that cannot be sated. (good thing there is an endless
supply and it is free to give AND take. I wish more people realized the
benefits of THAT!)

Love. Is there nothing more sublime? Exceptional post, hun!!

~ Breezy
