All a Flame

Topic: oops

The rays of sun poked from behind the clouds.
Driving the rainclouds away.
Breath of fall is in the air
the tree's in their ballroom gowns came out to play.

Sunlight cascading through the branch
that holds the colors near.
All a flame a fire burning
without a match struck anywhere.

Summer days about a ghost
she is waving as she goes.
In her place the golden dance
a parade of oranges, reds and golds.

My world today is all a flame and it rests near the heart.

Oh Michelle, this is incredibly beautiful. Autumn holds such a
stunning display, does she not? And she so gently tugs at our hearts
with her loveliness. You have captured that emotion so wonderfully
with your words. I especially adore the second stanza! How amazing
is it that she can burn so brilliantly, setting trees on fire without
ever striking a match? My love and curiosity for her shall never be
sated. I am cursed eternally to be awed by the exquisite breath
of Autumn. (my mistress ... lol)

G O R G E O U S !!

*huge hugs*

~ Breezy
